A Vengeful Bride novel Chapter 357

"Okay." Cedric looked at Joanna with unusually gentle eyes, protecting Joanna and the child as they walked forward.

Cheryl bit her lips hard, restraining her resentment and unwillingness.

Neither Joanna nor Cedric noticed Cheryl's strange expression.

After entering the aquarium, there were different marine lives on each floor.

Abigail was so excited and ran around. Cedric was not worried about her, because there were many bodyguards who would protect her.

"Interesting, isn't it?" Joanna stood in front of the lantern fish in a daze, Cedric thought that Joanna felt that the lantern fish was very interesting, so he said.

"Yeah." Joanna came to sense and patted the baby in her arms gently.

The baby seemed to be amused by the lantern fish he had never seen. He waved his small arms and kept bubbling excitedly.

"He's so curious, just like me." Holding the baby's hand, Cedric said to Joanna complacently.

Hearing this, Joanna glanced at Cedric and said nothing.

Cheryl didn't want to be ignored by them so she stepped forward and amused the baby with her fingers, "Joanna, look at him. He's so cute."

"Yeah." Joann smiled faintly when she saw the baby in her arms.

Cheryl blinked her eyes and whispered, "How about letting me hold him? I've never held him."

"Your arm is injured," Joanna glanced at Cheryl's injured arm and said.

"It doesn't matter, and the child is very light. I won't hurt him. With me holding the child, you can have fun with Cedric here." Cheryl said immediately.

"All right, I'm sorry to trouble you." Joanna was a little moved. She had always been wanting to go to an aquarium, but she didn't have time. She was very obsessed with marine creatures.

"We are friends, and you don't have to be so polite to me." Cheryl pretended to say it in a serious tone.

Joanna handed the child to Cheryl and then walked to the front with Cedric. Cheryl held the child in her arms and followed them.

She patted the baby's back with one hand. After seeing the baby's cute face, her eyes were fierce.

"This little b*stard...l should have..." Cheryl thought.

"No, it's not the right time. I have something more important to do."

Joanna was as curious as a child, which made Cedric interested.

He rubbed Joanna's cheek with his hand and chuckled, "Do you think everything here is very interesting?"

Joanna blinked her eyes and glanced at Cedric. Then she smiled rarely, "Yeah. There are a lot of fish here. I've never seen them before."

"If you like here, I can often take you here in the future." Cedric held Joanna's waist, lowered his head, and kissed Joanna's earlobe.

His movements made Joanna's body tremble involuntarily.

Her body gradually softened. She pushed Cedric's body away gently and groaned, "Cedric... This is a public occasion."

"What are you afraid of? Is it illegal for me to kiss my wife?" Cedric raised his eyebrows and said to Joanna meaningfully.

Joanna felt a little hot in her ears. Just as she was about to say something, she saw a familiar figure.

Arvin Brook?

Was that man Arvin?

Joanna pushed Cedric away in a panic and rushed to the crowd as if she had gone mad.

Looking at Joanna's panic and even crazy actions, Cedric became unhappy.

He caught up with Joanna, grabbed her wrist and said in a deep voice, "Joanna, what's wrong? Have you seen someone you know?"

He grabbed her wrist so hard that she came to sense.

She looked at Cedric's handsome face and felt sad in her heart for no reason.

"No, let's go back. I'm a little..." "Bang, bang, bang." Joanna was in a trance and wanted to go back, but before she could finish her words, several gunshots sounded.

"Ah!"

People around screamed. Cedric held Joanna tightly in his arms. When the bodyguards heard the noise, they immediately surrounded Joanna and Cedric.

"Master, there are killers."

"Get rid of them," Cedric ordered those bodyguards with fierce eyes. Then he walked to the exit with Joanna.

"Where are the baby and Cheryl?" Joanna was scared by the sharp gunshot, but she thought of Cheryl and the baby soon.

Cheryl was still playing with the baby not far away.
