"Are you indulging in such affairs?"

Ian glanced at the cards in his hand and casually played one.

He paid no attention to Tyler.

"So, you relish this sensation, but haven't completely surrendered to it."

"I never imagined that my seemingly noble and unapproachable friend would develop an affection for someone else's woman."

Ian’s hand clutching the cards halted instantly, and Ian's brow furrowed.

"Please choose the appropriate diction."

"It is a fact. I acknowledge her allure, but aren't you fastidious about personal hygiene? Can you bear sharing a woman with someone else? Have you ever considered that she just kissed her husband before coming to kiss you? Wouldn't that make you disgust?"

Indeed, Ian felt disgusting, but he maintained his composure outwardly.

Tyler thought to himself, if you really understood, you wouldn’t be tangled up with a married woman.

But he didn’t expose Ian. He figured Ian was just temporarily smitten with Penny. If this happened enough times, he’d surely get bored.
