Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1317

Estelle nodded. "I sure hope so!"

"Now that you've decided to get back with Jonathan, don't overthink. Life's too short; you’ve got to seize every happy moment. Happiness is all that matters!" Magdalene finished her drink in one gulp, then poured it for herself and Estelle.

Estelle knew that seizing every happy moment had always been Magdalene's life mantra!

She smiled faintly and clinked glasses with Magdalene again.

The alternating lights shone on Magdalene's face, highlighting her alluring features. She hummed along to the upbeat music, refilling the wine glasses for herself and Estelle.

One glass after another, soon two empty wine bottles were sitting beside Magdalene.

Estelle finally noticed something was amiss and stopped her from pouring more wine, raising an eyebrow and asking, "What's going on with you and Morrison?"

A bit tipsy, Magdalene pouted, "We haven't seen each other in so long, and we finally get to chat. Let's not talk about him!"

Estelle took away the wine, asking seriously, "What happened?"

Leaning against the leather booth and onto Estelle's shoulder, Magdalene confessed, "Ella, Morrison stopped talking about our wedding. Do you think he's falling out of love with me?"

Estelle was taken aback. Magdalene had mentioned before that there was an issue with Morrison, and she had seen Morrison and Clarice together at a party. She thought it was a misunderstanding.

After Gwen disappeared from the entertainment industry, Clarice also left.

When Morrison and Magdalene went abroad together, she thought their issues had been resolved.

"If he doesn't bring it up, you should. See how he reacts," suggested Estelle.

Magdalene had her pride: "I refuse! If he doesn't love me anymore, I will not pester him!"

"Don't worry, Morrison still loves you." Estelle comforted her.

Sitting upright, Magdalene's eyes sparkled even more after a few drinks. "Let's not talk about it today. Let's keep drinking!"

"You'll get drunk if you keep drinking!" Estelle tried to stop her.
