Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 585

"I'd love to!" Jonathan said calmly, giving Charlie a disdainful look. "You don't get it, talking to you is like casting pearls before swine!"

Charlie felt strongly despised.

Jonathan washed the tomatoes, sliced them, and put them into a transparent glass bowl. He handed it along with a spoon to Estelle. "I tasted it; the tomatoes are just right."

The man was skilled and efficient, with a tender expression that was rare to see.

Charlie, holding a clove of garlic, was stunned for a moment and was amazed by the power of love!

The four of them worked together, and dinner was prepared much faster than usual. After Charlie peeled a bulb of garlic, he went to the bathroom to wash his hands. Then he decided his arms smelled like garlic too, so he washed them. Feeling the smell on his shirt, he finally took a shower.

He vowed never to touch garlic again!

However, when he came out and smelled the garlic fried prawn that Emily had made, all his resentment had vanished into thin air!

It was raining outside, so they moved the dining table to the balcony. They chatted, ate, and drank while enjoying the rainy view.

The autumn rain lingered, the water mist lingered, and the whole J City was shrouded in drizzle. It seemed as if the whole world had become quiet and comfortable.

Estelle and Emily were laughing and chatting. Estelle felt a bit dizzy after a sip of wine, and the evening breeze brought in the moist rain, refreshing her from the inside out.

Jonathan was worried she might catch a cold, so he draped a light jacket over her shoulders and then naturally held her hand, securing it in his palm.

Years later, Estelle would lie on a boundless desert, gazing at the starry sky, remembering the days at the Royal Mansion, and thinking that it had been the most enjoyable and pleasant time of her life.

The rain continued throughout the night, and Estelle didn't wake up until nearly eight o'clock.

She immediately got up, took a deep breath while wrapped in her blanket, and thought she would be late for work today.

The bedroom door swung open, and Jonathan entered, holding Estelle's pajamas and wearing a smile. "I didn't wake you up because you were sleeping so peacefully. Freshen up, and I'll drive you to work. You can have breakfast in the car!"

"Okay!" Estelle replied, obediently nodding.

She didn't need to apply any makeup, just a quick routine of brushing her teeth, washing her face, and changing her clothes.
