Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 673

The two individuals in bed slept until noon. When Charlie woke up, he experienced a severe headache and momentarily couldn't recall his whereabouts.

As he shifted, he realized there was a woman beside him in the bed. His heart raced. Last night, after leaving the private room, he had encountered Emily, and they had...

Charlie halted his movement, a moment of emptiness filling his mind, followed by a contented feeling. With a faint smile on his face, he acknowledged that regardless of what had happened the previous night, he should take responsibility for Emily.

Charlie knew Emily hadn't been with Chris. She was unlike the women he had been involved with before. She had never had a boyfriend. He was her first romantic partner!

He had already started contemplating how to approach his mother with this matter and when to introduce Emily to her. His mother would surely be pleased, as she had been urging him to find a respectable woman to marry.

And there was no one more respectable than Emily!

As he thought about her innocence, he couldn't help but feel amused and somewhat anxious. Did Emily have feelings for him?

Before, he had impulsively kissed her in a drunken state, and she had reacted so strongly. Today they had slept together, she must be even angrier!

It didn't matter. If she was angry, he would coax her until she was happy and fond of him.

Anyway, she was already his woman, and would always be his.

The woman with her head buried in the quilt made a murmur and her body moved, as if she was about to wake up.

Charlie stopped his wild thoughts, leaned over, lifted the quilt off her head, and said with a warm smile, "Awake? I..."

His words stopped suddenly, and his smile froze on his face. He stared at the woman on the bed, dumbfounded.

"Charlie..." Noreen opened her eyes and reached out to hold the man.

Seeing a rarely panicked expression on Charlie's face, his voice hoarse, "Last night, it was you?"
