Estelle looked at the stack of containers in surprise, "You made so much? When did you get up?"

"Couldn't sleep, so I got up early," Emily said.

"Are you going home today?" Estelle asked.

"Yep!" Emily nodded, "My brother often works overtime, so I have to take care of our mom. I won't be coming back here for a while."

She paused for a moment before saying, "Estelle, I don't know when we'll see each other again, but I'll always remember you as a friend."

Estelle, sensing that something was off, asked, "Did something happen?"

"Really, nothing!" Emily said with an airy smile, showing her dimples, "I just can't bear to leave you."
