Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 681

Backstage, Malcom personally poured water for Estelle. "Ella, you're amazing, and I admire you so much! Come act with me, and I'll make sure you become a big star!"

Estelle, who had already changed back into her own clothes and was organizing the actors' wardrobe for the afternoon, turned around and laughed, "Nah, I've never thought about being an actor."

"It's not too late to think about it now!" Malcom followed behind Estelle, constantly trying to persuade her, "Don't underestimate me as an assistant director. I have quite a wide network in the circle. I guarantee that I can make you a big star within a year! Even if you don't become as famous as Ms. Yvonne, you'll definitely be on par with Hattie."

Estelle remained unmoved, "Stop trying to persuade me, I only like designing drafts, and have no interest in acting at all!"

"Give it some more thought! Seriously, imagine if you became a big star – everywhere you go, people would fawn over you, there'd be fans everywhere, and you'd have as much money as you want. Opportunities like this don't come easily for most people."

Estelle frowned, "If you keep nagging, don't expect me to help you next time!"

Malcom immediately shut up.

"You promised earlier that if I helped you, you wouldn't pester me to be Nanette's assistant anymore!" Estelle said, shoving the completed registration form into his hand, "I'm done with my work, so don't bother me!"

"Ah, you young lady!" Malcom watched Estelle walk away without even looking back, unable to get angry.

After Estelle left, Abbot, a staff member from the drama department, approached Malcom and spoke quietly, "When we were removing the cushion from the second floor earlier, we found these underneath."

Abbot opened his hand, revealing several sharp nails resting on his palm, their tips glistening coldly.

Malcom's expression underwent a dramatic change. Estelle had jumped from the second floor, and someone had deliberately placed the nails beneath the cushion. It was evident that this was an attempt to harm her!

Despite Estelle's seemingly unharmed appearance, Malcom couldn't shake off his anger. He had encountered many actors resorting to such disgraceful tactics in the past, and he had grown accustomed to such incidents. However, the idea of someone trying to hurt Estelle still fueled his fury.

Was it Nanette?

Or someone else?
