Julien had tried to persuade her for the second time, so Sydney would feel guilty if she continued to hesitate.
Moreover, what he said was right. She might never have such a good chance again in her life.
Then seizing the chance was naturally what Sydney should do.
The second thing was that this batch of goods was snatched from Dallin by Julien, so even if she took it for experimentation and failed in the end, which meant Skylight was unable to assemble engines, she really wouldn't have any loss.
After all, Sydney didn't spend a penny on the materials.
She believed that when the company's executives heard about it, they wouldn't have any objections.
Thinking of this, Sydney no longer hesitated and nodded her head in agreement. "Okay, then I'll give it a try. Thank you."
"You're welcome. I know that you always want to become strong quickly, and I also expect it. If so, you won't have any pressure. So when there is a chance, I hope that you can boldly go for it. Don't be afraid because I will always be behind you." Julien looked into Sydney's eyes encouragingly.
Sydney's face reddened slightly. "Zach is still on the phone. He will laugh at us after hearing your words."
On the other end of the phone, Zach was instantly startled and hurriedly replied, "Ms. Raines, that's not a good joke. Why would I laugh at you guys? I don't dare do so!"
"He said he didn't dare." Julien pointed to his cell phone. "So why should we care about him? Just say what we want."
"Exactly." Zach nodded repeatedly.
Sydney covered her lips and chuckled, "Now, stop it. Please send the goods to Skylight. I'll have Sean arrange for someone to wait downstairs and put the goods into the warehouse in the parking lot. At the meeting tomorrow, I'll discuss the use of them with the company's shareholders."
"Did you hear that?" Julien lowered his eyes to the screen of his cell phone.
That was obviously a question for Zach.
Zach pushed his glasses in a serious manner. "Rest assured, Mr. Flint. I have a keen ear."
Zach thought, 'So you didn't have to ask me that.'
"Now that you've heard it, go and do as you're told," Julien said evenly.
The implication was that Zach should get lost now.
Zach couldn't wait to do so.
The moment Julien's words came out, Zach quickly said goodbye and hung up the phone.
This was the first time Julien's subordinate hung up on him, so he was stunned for a moment.
When he came to his senses, his handsome face darkened.
"He actually dared to hang up on me!" Julien gripped his cell phone tightly and looked at Sydney with disbelief in his eyes.
Sydney was amused by his appearance and patted his shoulder. "Don't be angry. You asked Zach to do his work, so there's nothing wrong with Zach doing that. You should feel lucky to have such an obedient and efficient employee."
Julien grunted, "I know that you're excusing him and don't want me to punish him."
Sydney stuck out her tongue and stopped talking.
Julien let go of the phone. "Forget it. For your sake, I'll let Zach off this time and tell him to thank you some other time."
"Okay, I'll wait then," Sydney smiled, but in her heart, she didn't take Julien's words seriously.
She just casually spoke up for Zach, so she didn't think he needed to thank her personally.
"I'll give Sean a call and ask her to arrange for a pickup." Sydney took out her cell phone as well.
Julien nodded slightly. "Go ahead."
Sydney smiled at him before dialing Sean's number.
During the time Sydney was on the phone, Julien just kept sitting sideways and staring at her.
His gaze was very passionate.
