The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet novel Chapter 1113

Thalassa stood silently behind Ethan, her gaze fixed on his hands.

"Ah, Mr. Ethan, I've heard so much about you! What a pleasure to finally meet," Lucy said, bustling over to stand beside Bruce, her greeting to Ethan rushed but warm.

Ethan looked up at her with a polite, businesslike smile. "Hello."

"Hello, hello! I'm Lucy, Bruce's wife," she said, nodding vigorously as if to emphasize her identity, fearing someone might not make the connection.

"Please, have a seat," Ethan offered.

Bruce tugged at her sleeve, barely concealing his disdain, and muttered, "Sit down, will you?"

If it weren't for Lucy's uncanny insights into the stock market, Bruce wouldn't dream of bringing her along to potentially embarrass themselves.

With a hurried smile, Lucy took her seat.

"Here's the portfolio of all the products from the Crawley Group. Take a look and see how stable it seems," Bruce said, sliding a stack of documents across the table to her.

Lucy flipped through the pages, examining the data carefully, then confidently declared, "Alright, we're buying into the Crawley Group stocks!"

Bruce nudged her arm as a reminder to slow down.

Did she think this was a fire sale at the supermarket?

"Maybe we should look a bit closer?"

Lucy pointed to a section of the dossier featuring the Crawley Group's latest smartphone, the Lipo, yet to hit the market. "Take a look at this - their latest phone in development. Although it's not released yet, I’m confident it’ll be bound to top the electronics charts once it hits the shelves."
