The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet novel Chapter 744

She abruptly realized that she was completely naked, while he was fully clothed.

Their situation was as stark as a class distinction, one high and mighty, leisurely and calm, looking down upon everything.

The other was in a state of panic, lowly and defenseless, easily crushed underfoot.

Thalassa pushed his hand away and hastily pulled the sheets to cover herself.

Lysander's gaze flickered over her back, smooth as satin, marred by the varying shades of love bites.

His gaze subtly glimmered and deepened into a darker shade.

But he retracted his hand, reaching for a bag on the bedside table and placed it on the bed, "Get dressed and come eat."

With that, he rose and walked over to the small dining table in the room; his gaze remained fixated on her.

Thalassa felt uncomfortable under his oppressive stare; she spoke softly, "Can you turn around, please?"

"Is there a part of you I haven't seen? Why cover up?" Lysander retorted.

Thalassa bit her lips.

She felt a rush of heat which was unbearably hot.

Perhaps out of indignation, she shot him a glance and retorted, "I've seen you naked too. Why don't you let me watch when you get dressed?"

How was that the same?

Lysander replied seriously, "Are you sure you want to see?"

Thalassa was taken aback as she quickly said, "I'm not sure… I don't want to see!"

She was certain that if she had agreed, he would have disrobed on the spot and put on a show of dressing up again, in an attempt to level the playing field.

What was important was that he was willing to do it.

But she wasn't prepared to see that.

She had merely spoken out of irritation.
