The CEO's Hidden Love: Midnight Temptations and Deep Desires novel Chapter 255

Since he asked for her number, Dorothy rummaged inside her car and handed him a business card.

"Here's my number."

As she said this, she instinctively glanced at his car.

There seemed to be someone in the back seat. It was probably a man, but he never got out, so Dorothy didn’t see his face.

The driver took the card with both hands, then immediately added her contact on WhatsApp and gave fifty thousand dollars to her.

"I'm really sorry about this, Ms. Sanchez. Go ahead and get your car fixed, and if that's not enough, just let me know."

Dorothy appreciated his sincerity and willingness to make amends. "This should be more than enough. I'll send you the receipt and return the balance."

She wasn't the type to take advantage of the situation.

"Alright."

Once she had settled the matter, Dorothy quickly drove off to the night market in her scratched-up car. Karen had been texting her to hurry up for a while now.

Behind her, the driver watched her leave before returning to his car.

"Mr. Lopez, here's her card and her contact."

The driver respectfully handed over both the card and his own phone.

Everett’s gaze was intensely fixed on the card and phone as he extended a hand to receive them. "I'll buy your WhatsApp account. Delete everyone except her from the contacts."

"Right away, Mr. Lopez." The driver didn't question him and began to do as instructed.

Everett sat in silence for a moment before dialing Kevin's number.

"Look up this number."

Before long, a reply came. [Mr. Lopez, this number belongs to a woman named Karen.]

Everett furrowed his brow.

No wonder he couldn't find Dorothy's contact information.
