Ellinor left the blood collection room with the little girl, Lea Reynolds, heading towards the trauma room to wait for her mom to finish donating blood.

However, after they left, the two nursing interns on duty in the blood collection room got into a discussion.

That guy kept calling her Ms. Mendoza, so formal, so distant. Would siblings call each other like that? I still think they're more likely not siblings!"
