Lying on the sick bed in the school's clinic, the more Noreen thought about it, the angrier she got. She whipped out her phone and texted Serena.

"Serena, guess who I just ran into?"

Upon receiving the message, Serena immediately had a bad feeling.

Noreen and Arabella were both in medical school. Could it be?

She cautiously asked, "Don't tell me it's Arabella?"

"She was raised in the countryside, must've been led astray by some bad apples. Sorry, Noreen. I had no idea she could be so rude and not tone it down in school. My parents took her in because a fortune teller said she'd bring good luck to the Collins family. They treat her like a foster daughter. The fortune teller said she's the older sister and I'm the younger. I always gave in to her, but now she thinks she's a real Collins, acting all high and mighty! Ever since she joined this family, she's been so arrogant. I put up with her bullying me but didn't expect her to be so cocky at school.
