"Guess I didn't have time to pick out a gift for you, my bad. Did the card make you think I wasn't sincere enough?" Before Arabella could answer, Chasel said, "Just take it for now. I promise I'll personally pick out your gifts next time, and there will be more, not less!"
Arabella was amused by Chasel's words; she didn't expect him to be so funny.
Chasel grabbed her arm and insisted on her taking the card. He then realized that he had grabbed onto Arabella's hand as well.
The card was forcibly shoved into Arabella's hand.
Mya and Joyce on the side felt unbelievable!
Arabella was a bit helpless. She hadn't touched any of the cards her big brother and David gave her, and then she got one more from Chasel.
"There's my good little sis." Chasel's eyes softened.
The people around them were stunned. They had never seen the minister so tender and indulgent, so cool, so charming!
They were all touched by his charm!
"Can I add you on WhatsApp?" Chasel asked, then added in a whisper, "I asked big brother for your WhatsApp before, but he told me to ask you myself, to ask David. He scammed me for some money and then didn't give me anything."
Poor Chasel, even got scammed by his brother for wanting to see his sister.
"How much did David scam you?"
"Not much; if he really wanted to give it, I would be willing to give more."
So generous! Going through so much just to get Arabella's contact information! Does he need more sisters? Can they volunteer?
Arabella wanted to add his contact information on WhatsApp.
Chasel felt a warm feeling inside; his sister was so sweet, understanding, and thoughtful!
