"The doctor was here yesterday. As for the treatment, the plan has been drafted; we will carry on with the surgery tonight."

Mark scanned the villa, "Is there anything that is still lacking?”

"It's perfect, Mr. Valentine. All your preparations are adequate and thorough."

Not long after lunch, they went to the hospital for the surgery. The operation ended quickly in less than an hour. The doctor was smiling brightly, which meant good news.

Surrounding Dean were all specialists, and Summer wasn't of any use to them. Nevertheless, the nurses wouldn't let her come closer too.

Dean’s condition improved greatly after a day. With the doctor's approval, Summer went in and had a quick chat with him.

She was asked to leave after a while, and she sat drearily on a long bench.

Disapproving, Mark helped her up and said, "Come with me to a place, it's very interesting."

Before Summer could ask about the place, he had already led her out as he carried Charlotte.
