Theodore was furious upon hearing what Jared said. He wanted to find Mr. Sanders and asked for his help.

It was made by Edgar from the Deragon family, challenging Jared to a battle. He sought to avenge the indignity done to the ancient tomb.

Edgar even wrote in the forum that Jared must appear for the duel in person or be deemed a coward.

“Mr. Chance, why would Edgar suddenly challenge you to a duel?” Theodore asked bewilderedly.

Logically speaking, Edgar was above Jared in both authority and family background. Thus, it was strange that Edgar suddenly challenged Jared to a duel.
