A Warrior Undefeatable novel Chapter 2001

Thousand Crane Shrine not only housed many experts but also a few hidden organizations.

The Watanabe family was merely Thousand Crane Shrine's subordinate family, responsible for providing resources and funding.

Jared frowned when he heard what Fandor said.

If what he said was indeed true, it would be difficult for Jared to eliminate the Watanabe family—even if it was just Asuka's line of descent.

Furthermore, Kazuo did not even mention the Thousand Crane Shrine when introducing the Watanabe family to Jared.

Evidently, Kazuo was deliberately concealing this from Jared—he had not truly pledged allegiance to Jared.

“In that case, it won't be that easy to eliminate the Watanabe family,” said Flaxseed solemnly.

“Everything's in your hands...” commented Fandor before grabbing the glass of alcohol and drinking.

Since things had turned out this way, Jared decided to follow his initial plan. Instead of letting his mind run wild, he drank together with Fandor.

Back in his mansion, Ryosuke was filled with shock when he heard what his two subordinates reported to him.

“Who's that young man? Is he Fandor's friend? Looks like I should meet him personally!”

Filled with curiosity toward Jared, Ryosuke instructed his subordinate, “Ask Yuri to come here.”

Soon, Yuri was summoned over. Ryosuke quickly asked, “Yuri, be honest with me. What's the name of the person who saved you? How did you know him?”

“Why are you asking that, Dad?” Yuri stared at him warily.

She knew that her father was a suspicious and cunning man. If she revealed anything about Jared, she was afraid that Ryosuke would do something bad to him.

“Since I'd like to thank him properly, I need to know more about him. Tell me...” urged Ryosuke anxiously.
