Hamish came forward and greeted respectfully, “Welcome, Old Mr. Giuvali.”
“I'm sorry for being late, Mr. Chevalier. It was my granddaughter's fault. She insisted on coming, so I had no choice but to give in to her wishes,” Misho replied apologetically as a young girl stood behind him.
“Your timing is perfect, Old Mr. Giuvali. Since Ms. Giuvali wants to tag along, she can treat it as a holiday.”
Hamish proceeded to usher Misho in.
Upon hearing Hamish's words, Jared let out a wry chuckle. Even with the Seizon family's connections, the three of them were not accepted by Hamish until Cloud offered the use of his airship.
In contrast to that, Hamish didn't dare object to a single word of Misho's and even made it sound like they were going on a holiday.
When Misho strode into the main lobby, everyone got up to greet him.
Even though he looked frail and elderly, Jared still noticed the piercing look in his eyes and the powerful aura he emanated.
As for the young girl beside him, her exquisite features and dreamy eyes gave her an innocent look.
Little did Jared know that he was being misled by her appearance at his own peril.
The girl's name was Izolda Giuvali, infamous in Yellow Blue City for her vile temper.
While waving at the crowd, Misho swept his fiery gaze across the room until it fell upon Jared, where it lingered for a moment.
“You, why are you so rude? Everyone but you stood up to greet my grandfather. Don't you know how things work around here?” Izolda questioned Jared, who was stunned.
He had not expected someone who looked so harmless and demure to have such a sharp tongue.
