"Della, come out!" Jessica barged in out of nowhere.
Why is she here? Della stood with her guard up and walked toward Jessica.
"Ms. Zimmer, this is my company. It's not a random place where you can cause trouble and make noise," Della yelled disgruntledly.
"Della, where are you keeping Joan?" Jessica asked directly and stared at her.
"Are you insane? Why would I know where Joan is? Besides, do you guys doubt me every time she is missing?"
Soon, Della was rather certain that Abelyn was behind Joan's abduction.
As Della was surprised to know that Abelyn acted impatiently, a scheming smile crept onto her lips.
Meanwhilejudging from Della's response, Jessica felt that she probably had nothing to do with Joan's abduction. In that case, who else would harm Joan except for Della?
As such, Jessica gazed at Della in bewilderment.
On the other hand, Della looked as composed as before. I'm sure Jessica will never figure out who the mastermind is! Shortly afterward, she clenched her fists, exuding arrogance.
Abelyn, I hope you won't disappoint me. The grin on her face grew wider.
"Jessica, I would advise you to look for Joan elsewhere quickly. I mean, I'm afraid that she wouldn't know who harmed her even after she died. So, you should bid the final farewell to her if there is still time. Also, let me make it clear: I didn't do this!" With that, Della turned around and left.
Sorrow filled Jessica's heart as she watched Della leave. Who abducted Joan? She bit her lip, a cold glint flashed across her eyes.
"Larry, what should we do? The car was abandoned in a deserted area, yet no one was in it," Caspian reported to Larry nervously over the phone.
