"Have you packed your things for Mamaica?"

Michael's sudden words startled Chloe. She nodded, coming back to her senses.

"I will take you to the airport," he offered, noticing that the time was approaching.

Chloe glanced at the still-lit operating room. The surgery had been going on for a long time, and she was worried about whether Smith could hold on.

"Chloe, if you do not leave now, James will call you," Michael urged. Understanding Chloe's concern, he added, "I will have Ethan stay here. I will come by after dropping you off and let you know as soon as Smith is out of surgery. Okay?"

He stood in front of Chloe, rubbing her cold arms gently.

Chloe sighed deeply, realizing she had no choice but to leave for now.

She returned to Urban Lane with Michael's car to pick up some things.

On the way out, she encountered Quinn, who had just opened the door opposite. Remembering Michael had offered to drive her to the airport, Chloe let Michael take the luggage downstairs and met Quinn's gaze.

"Have you forgiven him?"

Quinn asked, his tone more subdued than usual.

Chloe shook her head. "No, Quinn. I do not know when I will be back from Mamaica. I know my previous selfish actions hurt you, and I apologize for that. I hope you will find your own happiness."

She did not want to leave with unresolved feelings between them.

Quinn pursed his lips and looked at Chloe silently.

Chloe stepped forward and put her arms around him. "Quinn, whether you believe it or not, I have always considered you a trusted friend, and I always will!"

Quinn's body tensed slightly. As he watched Chloe release him and prepare to head downstairs, he said, "I will accompany you to the airport."

Even though Chloe was riding in Michael's car, Quinn wanted to accompany her for the last time.

At the airport, Chloe saw Candy and Jessica in the parking lot, along with Wesley following closely behind Candy.

There was a small suitcase next to Candy.

Chloe raised her eyebrows. "Are you heading for a honeymoon?"

Candy gave Chloe's arm a playful slap. "No, it is not for a honeymoon. Richard has been running to Mamaica a lot lately, and Wesley thinks something is off, so I am going to follow him."

Realizing what she meant, Chloe was surprised. "You are going to Mamaica with Wesley?"

Candy nodded with a wild smile. "Surprise! We are on the same flight!"

Chloe was genuinely surprised and almost burst into tears at the thought of parting with Candy, but this unexpected twist made her feel a bit better.

"Then Wesley and I will go check in first. Give me your documents too, and we will handle everything. See you at the security checkpoint!"

Candy took Wesley's hand and headed to the counter, while Quinn and Jessica stood together in the airport lobby.

"Do not worry, Chloe. Even if you are abroad, I will keep improving my skills. Quinn will make sure of it!"
