The plane landed in Mamaica at ten in the morning local time.

Candy, who had a good sleep, stretched lazily as she got off the plane.

"Chloe, where are you guys headed now?"

Chloe glanced at James, who was walking leisurely from the back and said, "Taking him to the hospital."

Candy made a face. "Then I will go with Wesley to drop off our stuff and keep an eye on Richard. Let's keep in touch by phone!"

After Candy and Wesley left, Chloe spotted the driver holding a sign with James' name at the airport entrance.

"Let's go, this way," she said.

Once they were in the car, Chloe finally took out her phone. It was evening back home, and she hoped there was news about Smith.

With James nearby earlier, she had not dared to check her phone. Now, sitting in the front passenger seat under the pretense of being a pregnant woman prone to car sickness, she turned off airplane mode and put her phone on silent.

His reply came almost instantly. [Where are you staying? I can send you the address of my place there. It has a password lock. The password is ******. The place is regularly cleaned, so you can move in directly. If the hospital is not convenient, I will arrange a car for you.]

Chloe stared at the long message, surprised at how chatty Michael had become.

He used to respond with just a few words, even if she said several things.

Since she was not sure about her accommodation yet, Chloe did not reply. She also did not want James to get suspicious from her spending too much time on her phone.
