Lilly stood before the demons, gazing down at the rolling blood-red pond below.
Jean kept reminding her, "Be careful when you descend."
"If anything goes wrong, come back up immediately, alright?"
"Mom and Dad are waiting here for you... and then we'll all return to visit your grandma at Christmas."
Lilly shook her head. "Mom and Dad, you should go back first and check on Grandma."
The Diviner sometimes knew something but couldn't directly articulate it.
It was like those fortune-tellers, always hearing mysterious and cryptic things. Sometimes, they spoke clearly, yet it was not entirely clear. These are all due to the constraints placed on the fortune-teller.
So, Lilly couldn't directly say that her mother should go back and check on Cloud. Instead, she handed her a Bag of Holding.
"Mom, take these things back. You'll need them."
Jean silently took them, looked up, and had a teary-eyed expression. "Then, you should return home early. Mom will wait for you..."
Lilly found it a bit amusing and playfully pinched her mother's cheeks.
"Don't worry. I've grown up."
This statement, however, changed the expressions of everyone present, including the ghosts. They all fell silent.
Yes, she has grown up.
Pablo stood at the back, silently observing her.
Forget it; now go back and borrow the sacred tree from Esper and continue hanging... It should be fine.
The weakling spirit held Lilly's hand and placed a bracelet on her, speaking gently, "This is a safety charm made by your brother to bless our babe to be safe and sound."
Lilly looked at the beautiful bracelet and said, "Thank you, Michael."
The harem spirit also approached and clipped a small hairpin onto her head, saying, "This is a lucky amethyst. Wherever Lilly goes, she will always be fortunate."
The ghost bride handed a spirit fruit to Lilly and eagerly said, "This is all I have. I snatched it from the small ghost beast's hand just for you."
The small ghost beast squeaked.
The unlucky ghost... The unlucky ghost also wanted to give Lilly something, but everyone kicked him away together before he could speak.
Blake took off his ring and gave it to her, saying, "Take these. They might come in handy."
Lilly shook her head. "No need, Dad. I have everything in your palace."
Jean ignored it and found a rope to string a ring, placing it around Lilly's neck, while chattering, "More is always better."
Crawford Ancestor leisurely sipped tea, appearing the least worried despite having poured countless cups of tea.
Lilly waved her hand. "Alright, I'm not disappearing forever. You guys go home and wait for me."
Just as she was about to jump down, Pablo suddenly shouted, "Lilly!"
