Anyone Dares Bully you, Call Uncles! novel Chapter 1441

Upon catching sight of the hairy, elongated legs, Lilly inexplicably reminisced about Jonas from her childhood. When she was young, Jonas had been terrified by a female spirit and had hastily returned home overnight, his long legs covered in hair. The creature that had just zoomed past her was similar, albeit much smaller, probably less than two feet tall. "It appears to be less than two feet tall... How does it possess such long legs?" she pondered aloud.

She cautiously entered, anticipating that the palace's second floor would be filled with valuable items. However, all she found was a shelf displaying four or five weapons... and that was it.

Using her spiritual consciousness, she examined the weapons. She wondered what they were: a machete, a trident, a miniature tower, a black bowl resembling those held by monks, and a long, lightweight piece of silk resembling a shawl. Uncertain of their purpose, she decided to collect them first and figure it out later!

With a sweep of her spiritual consciousness, she gathered everything—the items and the shelf—into her ring.

From the back of the palace, an angry voice could be heard, followed by the sound of clanging as if something had collided with an object.

Lilly promptly approached, still protected by layers, only to discover calligraphy and paintings in the rear hall of the palace. Hmm... I wonder what significance these calligraphy and paintings hold, but they must be extraordinary to be concealed here. Let's collect them first and figure it out later.

With a wave of her hand, everything before her vanished.

Finally, the empty hall contained only...

A pair of bare, hairy legs!

These were genuine legs without any other body parts. Realizing they had nowhere to hide, they immediately sprinted as if attempting to escape.

"What exactly are you?" Lilly thought dealing with them would be challenging. She shouted, "Dragon Fang!" The next second, Dragon Fang pressed against the legs.

Although the legs lacked a face or expression, Lilly could sense their panic. Upon closer inspection, she realized the legs were not physical entities. They felt like spirits, but they weren't spirits... She felt a sense of familiarity.

"Are you... an artifact spirit?!" She suddenly recollected the spirit within Dragon Fang. After the battle ended and she returned to the Crawford family, she had once used her spiritual consciousness to sense it and could vaguely feel the spirit of Dragon Fang. Thus, she quickly recognized that the legs in front of her were indeed an artifact spirit. But what kind of weapon would have a pair of hairy legs as its spirit?!

While she pondered, the palace in front of her emitted a bright light. Then, the massive palace vanished, transforming into a white silhouette!

The silhouette took the form of a shrunken palace and landed perfectly on top of those two swift legs. Then, the palace somehow broke free from Dragon Fang's suppression and fled...

Both Lilly and Dragon Fang were left speechless.

The corner of Lilly's mouth twitched. The mystery is solved—it's the spirit of this palace. How absurd! I've never seen a palace with a pair of legs before.

At that moment, Lilly witnessed the enormous palace from earlier shrink to the size of a computer's base unit. It panicked as it ran in all directions as fast as its swift legs could carry it.

However, this space seemed confined. The palace ran to the edge of the clouds with its legs, then returned and dashed in another direction...

Imagine the scene where your computer sprouts legs and frantically scurries around your room.

Lilly's mouth continued to twitch. She had expected a great battle to take place here, and she was already prepared for it. But she didn't anticipate encountering a palace spirit as timid as a small ghost beast...
