Hearing Amelia had come to the police station to look for him in the middle of the night, Daniel raised his brow and said, "Oh?"

Sarah continued, "Luckily, the officer in the police station told her you're infected with tuberculosis and sent her away. But Johnathan is still worried that she'll guess something was off.."

Daniel added casually, "Perhaps something sticky came up at the company, so she had no choice but to come to find me."
