Liberty said, “There’s a part two. It talked about Grandmom being admitted into the hospital and prepped for surgery with the date fixed, having received help from kind netizens.
“The netizens are really tearing into me, calling us ingrates. Apparently, Granddad and Grandmom struggled hard to raise us, but we repaid them with nothing after we made something of ourselves. We didn’t even visit Grandmom now that she was sick in the hospital. They said we were heartless and a letdown to our grandparents and deceased parents.”
Liberty did a slow burn after scrolling through the comments all day
It hurt especially when her parents were brought into the picture.

“Liberty, don’t read what the keyboard warriors have to say. They don’t know the truth and will believe just about anything. Without even realizing that they’re being used, these keyboard warriors think they’re so righteous and kind. They’re just pawns to hurt the innocent.”
Nothing online was permanent. The Hunts would not stay triumphant for long.
Serenity had seen it all.
Zachary’s husky yet tender voice came through. “Serenity, your grandmother didn’t get admitted into the hospital with the help of netizens. They got an appointment and paid the deposit to get the surgery. The follow-up tweet is a load of nonsense.”
The sisters looked at him.
Zachary explained, “I made a call at the rest stop while we were on our way to your hometown. I sought help from Mr. Bucham, my company’s client, to investigate the matter. He told me that everything with your grandparents is peachy. Your uncles and cousins are staying at a hotel not too far from the hospital. They’re only trying to get under your skin for you to pay up.”
Where was justice in the world? How could that family still have everything going for them?
