When Jeff wheeled Ian Raymond off, he didn't dare ask a single question along the way.

It wasn't until they got to the parking lot that he opened the car door, originally intending to ask whether they were heading back to Rosewood Manor or Greenfield Gardens, but he noticed Ian was deep in thought, with his head bowed down.

"Boss, are we heading back to Greenfield Gardens?" he asked.

Ian nodded.

Jeff got into the driver's seat.

When Ian left the hospital, he had already handled his discharge procedures, informing the doctors he would be recuperating at home with a professional doctor on call. The hospital didn't comment further, only reminding him to strictly follow his medical advice.

Back at Rosewood Manor, Ian suddenly posed a question.

"Look into why Maja rammed her car into the gates of Greenfield Gardens."

Jeff had always thought Ian would cut ties with Maja completely, yet he seemed to still care about her.

He quickly nodded.

He needed a shower, but he didn't like to be touched by neither men nor women, he couldn't bear anyone helping him clean his body.
