Maja lifted her head and noticed the coldness that flashed between his eyebrows. A group of people passed by her, all eyes focused on Ian. The leaders of the group, whose speech and manners were very polite, all wanted to get close to him, but didn't dare to offend him. The people following him were all dressed in formal wear. This was a strange circle that she had never encountered before.

Maja stood in place for a while, holding her golf club, and then walked out. Kurt was wearing a branded sportswear and had no particularly outstanding looks, but the trajectory of the ball he hit was wonderful and easily went into the hole. When he saw her coming, he handed the club to the caddy beside him.

"Ms. Pennyfeather, it's rare to have your appointment," Kurt said with a smile, sitting down with her.

"Mr. Gallegos, you flatter me. I'm just helping out," Maja replied.

As they talked, the staff next to them began to clear the field, because an important person was coming. Kurt noticed the direction of her gaze and started to show off.

"Do you know the Raymond Group? My father organized a golf game for them today, and their cooperation investment is at least two hundred billion," Kurt said.

Maja had encountered all kinds of clients with different personalities, including those who liked to boast. She knew how to respond to such situations.

"I heard that Mr. Gallegos' costs for constructing on the land he bought last year reached three billion. Two hundred billion is not a small amount, but for a minority owner of Summit Bank, it should be nothing," Maja said.

Kurt looked very proud. "Two hundred billion is not a small amount, but Summit Bank was the first to cooperate with Ian since his return to the country. It's really something."

"Mr. Raymond's return has indeed attracted a lot of attention," Maja said coolly, not showing too much enthusiasm for Ian's praise.

Kurt walked towards the grass with a water bottle in hand, and Maja had to follow him.

"By the way, my dad told me that he seems to have already gotten married."

"Really? Mr. Raymond doesn't seem like a married man." Maja took out her golf club and chatted with Kurt. Since he liked gossip, she would chat with him.

"I also don't think so. If he really got married, how could he not bring his wife out, unless the woman is really ugly."

Maja's swing paused for a moment, and then she quietly adjusted, "Maybe."

Kurt saw the beautiful curve of her ponytail in the air and her skin glowing in the sunlight, and his Adam's apple couldn't help but move. "If Mr. Raymond married a beauty like you, he would definitely take you out every day."

"Please, I don't have such good luck."

As they chatted and played a few more rounds of golf, Kurt said he wanted to take a break. Maja wanted to take the opportunity to ask about the design order, but before she could speak, Kurt casually offered, “Let’s get changed first. I feel so sweaty.”

Maja agreed, as it was really not appropriate to talk business like this.
