The next day, Maja made another trip to the hospital.

She stepped into Glenn's room after ensuring Cristina and Tricia were nowhere to be seen.

But the tape recorder was gone, even though she had left it there just the day before.

Cristina and Tricia were both in a state, so it seemed unlikely they would have noticed such a trivial thing. Could a nurse have taken it?

She immediately started asking around, but after questioning several people, no one had seen her tape recorder.

It wasn’t until she passed by Neil's room that she bumped into Neil, who was on his way to the bathroom.
