Ian strolled into the BlueSky Bar, the titanium white light above him illuminating the room. Suddenly, it hit him—he just had a car race with Samuel.

He furrowed his brows as Samuel walked in, busy on a call with Maja.

“Maja, I've sent you the address; come over ASAP.”

Samuel had been a massive help to Maja with the Pennyfeather Group matter. She promised to paint two pictures for him, and he got to choose the location.

Maja was immensely grateful. Without Samuel's help, the Pennyfeather Group might've fallen into the hands of Carlene.

So when he called, she set off immediately with her painting tools.

Samuel hung up and noticed Ian still rooted to the spot. He quirked an eyebrow and said, “Mr. Raymond, you're not crashing the same party I'm attending tonight, are you?”
