After she said those words, she just hopped in the car, leaving Carlene in the dust.

Carlene was so mad she could spit.

But it's cool, and they're divorced now. Knowing Maja, there's no way she's gonna forgive Ian!

This was just a cause for celebration!

Maja got back to Rosewood Manor, tossed the divorce papers into a drawer, and couldn't care less about them anymore.

Maria was waiting for her at home, saw her come back alone, and couldn't help but ask, "Ms. Pennyfeather, you got divorced?"

Maja nodded, then called the servants, "Get rid of all Ian's stuff for me. I'll give you the hotel he's staying at. You can take it to him."

It's her villa, no need to keep her ex-husband's things around, cause she's going to be the castle queen!

Maria let out a sigh of relief, "If you're divorced, that's good. Should I let Coco out now?"

Poor Coco had had a rough time.

Maja nodded, "Go ahead. I'm going to head upstairs and catch some sleep for a while too."

She didn't get much sleep last night, and had bags under her eyes.

Maria immediately went to the back room and let Coco out.

Coco started frolicking in the garden. Servants were laughing in the background.

Soon, Ian's stuff was all packed up, not much really, all fit into one small suitcase.

He rarely slept here, and only came over when Holden breathed down his neck.

The servant personally delivered the suitcase to the hotel, but Ian wasn't there, so they left it at the front desk.

At six in the evening, Holden woke up.

He didn't want to see anyone, only let Ian stay.

Then he glanced at the clock on the wall. It was already this late.

He coughed, "It's this late. City hall's already closed."

Holden was secretly thrilled. Any delay was a reasonable delay.

But Ian was silent for a few seconds before saying, "Grandpa, I've already divorced her."

At first, Holden thought he heard wrong. He was still groggy. How did this guy get a divorce?

He got so mad he threw a pillow at Ian's head.
