Sean was on edge, and Quintessa felt nauseated just looking at him.
"You know, in one way, I'm a lot like you—equally despicable and shameless. I've told you before that I won't spare any of you. What about dad? When it's your turn, I'll make sure you end up just as miserably dead as mom."
Quintessa stood up, "I'm not interested in whatever you came here for today, and I'm certainly not helping you. Get out, now, before I lose my patience."
Seeing her about to leave, Sean blurted out in desperation, "You think I don't have any evidence against you and Yolanda scheming together? You've left me penniless. I'm only sparing you from the cops because you're my daughter. Don't push your luck."
Quintessa scoffed, "Then go ahead, hand it over to the cops. It's not like it's your first time trying to have me arrested."
"We could make a deal. You help me out, and I’d give you the evidence."
"Not interested…"
"What if I told you Rachel is planning to take you down? Wouldn't you want to know about that?"
Quintessa slowly turned back around, "I'm listening."
"That witch Yolanda ran off with all my company's money. The Business Bureau's about to audit us, and I…"
Quintessa interrupted him, "How much do you need?"
"One… one hundred million."
"I can't believe your incompetence. A whole hundred million in the red? Yolanda could've taken, at most, 4 million. Sean, you're full of surprises."
Desperate, Sean had turned to Quintessa as a last resort. With such a sum, only Tyrone could possibly help on such short notice. "I know you and Mr. Tyrone York are close. This amount is nothing to him. Let me tell you what Rachel is planning against you."
