Enchanted Nightfall: Falling for Destiny ( Quintessa and Tyrone ) novel Chapter 372

And the culprit had to be someone among the prop masters, who was specifically assigned to ensure safety. Someone deliberately overlooked the two critical safety hazards and let Quintessa take the wheel of that compromised car.

Director Cooper was visibly shaken as he looked at Quintessa; he hesitated for a moment before saying, "But, Quinn, we're about to wrap up the shoot. I'm both angry and shocked by this, but we could investigate this quietly."

Quintessa cut him off firmly, "No way. I could have died. If I had actually died in there, would you still want to handle it quietly?"

"This is..."

Tyrone scoffed, "Looks like Director Cooper forgot how this film even got started, huh?"

It then dawned on Director Cooper that they were able to commence the project because of Quintessa. "I'm so sorry, Mr. York."

Tyrone instructed Manny, "Keep an eye on all the prop masters. Gather everyone in the crew and make sure no one wanders off. I must get to the bottom of this. Someone dared to mess with my woman, and I want to see who is looking for trouble."

Violet chimed in from the side, "Don't worry, Mr. York. This won't just slide. I've already called the cops, and they'll be here soon. Before they arrive, I'll make sure the scene remains untouched."

"I'll leave this in your hands then."

Tyrone escorted Quintessa to the car.

Director Cooper, feeling anxious, pulled Violet aside, "Violet, I've poured so much into this film, and I have a feeling that it's going to be a hit. If this scandal breaks now, it's bad for all of us. How about we cool it down, investigate internally first, then discreetly take it to the police, avoiding the media? You're Quinn's agent. She'll listen to you."
