Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 2160

Old Mr. Quintin furrowed his brows in thought before finally speaking up, "Estelle, I guess I didn't think this through. You're right, I was too hasty. I might end up doing more harm than good."

Estelle replied, "Evelyn is still young, and if things get serious, you'll have plenty of time to dote on her. There's no need to rush."

Old Mr. Quintin nodded in agreement, "Alright, I'll take your advice. I won't bring up her and Gabriel's situation anymore."

Just as Estelle was about to respond, she noticed a shadow flit past the doorway. Soon after, the door swung open and Evelyn stood there, holding a cup of tea, and said with a smile, "Estelle, I made it in the kitchen. I brought some for you."

"Thanks, Evelyn," Estelle stood up to take the steaming cup.

"This is for you, grandpa," Evelyn set down the tea she had prepared for Old Mr. Quintin and added with a grin, "You two chat. I'm going to check on Sophia."

With that, Evelyn turned and left.

Once outside the study, Evelyn's expression darkened. She glanced back at the firmly shut door, pursed her lips, and walked away.

Inside the study, Old Mr. Quintin took a sip of his tea and said slowly, "Let's not mention Evelyn for now, but keep an eye on that Sylvia."

"Sylvia's a good girl, not at all what you're thinking." Estelle chuckled. "And her relationship with my brother is quite complicated."

She paused before adding, "I'll bring Sylvia over to meet you sometime. She loves art and often visits galleries; she just hasn't formally studied it."

Old Mr. Quintin waved a dismissive hand, "No need, I've decided not to match Nana with Gabriel, and I'm not impressed with Sylvia either. It's better if we don't meet."

Knowing Old Mr. Quintin's stubborn nature, Estelle didn't press the issue further and took a sip of her tea, asking, "Any news from Vivian?"

Old Mr. Quintin's mood seemed to darken as he shook his head, "I called yesterday, and her assistant answered, saying she was very busy."

"Don't worry, master, Vivian will come back," Estelle reassured him.

"Yeah, no rush. Now that Nana has been found, she'll definitely return."

"That's right."

Old Mr. Quintin smiled, "I always feel at ease talking to you. You should come by more often."
