Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 2244

Josiah flashed a goofily delighted grin, "I mean, I'm all for letting you boss me around."

Amiee rolled her eyes, signaling him to zip it.

Mr. Jordan, with a smile warm and tender, placed Amiee's hand into Josiah's, "If ever the teasing gets too much, come to me. I've got your back!"

Josiah clasped Amiee's hand tightly, bowing gratefully towards Mr. Jordan, "Thank you, sir, for raising Amiee, and for entrusting her to me!"

Mr. Jordan nodded profoundly, "Off you go!"

Amiee glanced back at her father, then turned to walk shoulder-to-shoulder with Josiah, stepping into a life that was uniquely theirs.

The hall fell silent, solemn and reverent.

The union of two people from the vast sea of humanity, finding love and forming a new family, was indeed a grave and sacred matter.

The officiant stood between them, solemnly beginning, "Today, the groom has requested to speak his vows himself. So, let's dedicate this most solemn moment to our groom, and listen to his declaration of love for his bride."

Josiah, dapper in his tailored suit, handsome and suave, held Amiee's hand, gazing into her eyes,

"My most beautiful bride, before God, the heavens, and all those gathered here today, I vow to take you as my wife, from this day until forever, to walk beside you in all of life's journeys, through good times and bad, in riches and in poverty, in health and in sickness. I will love you deeply, protect you, and be faithful to you! Now, I humbly ask you to be my wife. Will you?”

Amiee, her usually cool gaze now filled with warmth and sunlight, nodded solemnly, “I will!”

Josiah beamed, “Now it’s your turn to ask me!”

Amiee, with everything else fading into the background under the blue sky and warm sun, saw only him, “I am willing to marry Josiah, to have him as my only partner in this life, to weather all storms and cherish each other in love. I will forever hold dear and remember this moment, till eternity. How about you, dear Mr. Josiah, do you?”

Josiah wrapped her in a deep kiss, “I do, with all my heart, I do!”
