Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 2254

Estelle gazed up at the now peaceful night sky, a soft smile playing on her lips. "Today was such a perfect wedding!"

Jonathan wrapped his arms around her from behind. "Just imagine our own wedding!"

Estelle turned to look at him, "To be honest, I haven't thought much about it!"

Jonathan bowed his head, "So, marrying me is all it takes to satisfy you?"

Estelle teased him for his pride but nodded honestly, "Yes!"

Jonathan hugged her tighter, "Ella, I've never felt winter to be this long. I can't wait!"

He was eager for spring to come, eager to see his Ella in a wedding dress.

Estelle leaned back into his embrace, knowing that the wedding was just icing on the cake for them. Right now, she was already content.

...

The next day

At noon, Jonathan took Estelle out for a family lunch with the Lamont family.

Knowing Estelle would be returning to C City, the Lamonts had prepared New Year gifts for the Jarvis family, including several close relatives, following the tradition as if Estelle and Jonathan were already married.

Before lunch, Estelle chatted with Catherine Lamont and Janice Harper in the suite's living room. Catherine presented Estelle with a mahogany box, "This was meant to be your New Year's gift, but since you and Jonathan won't be in J City for the holidays, I'm giving it to you now. You can open it on New Year's Day."

"Thank you, Aunt Catherine!" Estelle replied, feeling a bit guilty for not spending the holidays with the Lamonts and instead taking Jonathan to C City.

Catherine, understanding her feelings, patted her hand gently, "Old Mr. Jarvis needs you more, we all understand. Jonathan's father even considered joining you in C City for the holidays, but we had some last-minute changes here in B City, so we couldn't make it. Please explain our situation to Old Mr. Jarvis."

Estelle smiled warmly, "I will."

Janice and her husband also prepared New Year's gifts for Estelle, which she graciously accepted, "I appreciate it, Sister-in-law."
