Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 2287

Diana had just finished tidying up Robin's guest room and cleaning the dining area when she approached him, sitting desolately on the couch. Her brow furrowed in guilt as she said, "I'm so sorry, it's all my fault. I couldn't control my emotions!"

Robin, at a loss for words and filled with frustration, simply responded, "You should head home."

"I can't just go!" Diana pleaded, her eyes desperately seeking his. "Yell at me, scold me – it'd make me feel better than leaving like this. I'll feel awful either way."

"Just go, let me be alone for a while," Robin said, his voice heavy.

"Do you still have feelings for Sophia?" Diana asked, a flicker of hope in her eyes despite her tears.

Robin's face was a mask of regret. "She came back to spend the holidays with me. We could have...," he trailed off, unable to finish.

His heart still held a place for Sophia, and if it weren't for Diana's interruption, he believed they could have reconciled.

Now, everything seemed ruined.

Tears welled up in Diana's eyes as she lightly touched her face, whispering, "This is all my fault."

"It's not entirely on you," Robin admitted, running a frustrated hand through his hair, cursing himself for drinking too much and losing control.

"Don't say that!" Diana cried, her voice breaking. "Seeing you like this, I'd rather be dead than cause you any more trouble."

Before Robin could respond, the doorbell rang, cutting through the tense atmosphere. Diana's eyes widened, "Could it be Sophia?"

Robin stood and strode to the door, opening it to find a tall, imposing figure who immediately landed a punch on him.
