Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 332

Jonathan paused as he was drinking water, his head slightly lowered so no one could see the expression on his face. His tone became lighter, "Really?"

Mrs. Lamont laughed, "The Harper family are all into scientific research work. Matthew is excellent, and Ella is a nice person too. Apart from their backgrounds, the two are quite a good match."

Jonathan drank water without saying anything, his eyes downcast.

Having laid the groundwork, Mrs. Lamont finally got to the point, "Matthew is much younger than you, and he is about to have a girlfriend. When will you think about getting married?"

Jonathan's eyes turned indifferent. He joked, "My sister-in-law always favors the Harper family. I don't have a girlfriend, neither does Matthew, but if there's a suitable candidate, she'll always consider Matthew first."

Mrs. Lamont shook her head and laughed, "Your sister-in-law wouldn't dare meddle in your private affairs. If you were as obedient as Matthew, you wouldn't still be unmarried."

Jonathan raised his hand and rubbed his brow, his eyes hiding his annoyance. "I didn't sleep well last night. I'll go upstairs and rest for a while. If Henson asks, just tell him I'm back, and I'll come down when it's time to cut the cake."

Mrs. Lamont looked at him with concern, "Were you busy with company matters or just couldn't sleep?"

"I had a meeting for the overseas branch." Jonathan said as he stood up, "I'll go upstairs now!"

Mrs. Lamont said, "Alright, I'll have someone call you later!"

Jonathan nodded and stood up, heading upstairs.

Entering the study on the third floor, Jonathan's expression darkened. He took off his suit jacket and walked straight to the window.

The window overlooked the lawn, where Henson's friends and Norah's classmates were hanging out.
