From A Prisoner To A Big Shot's Inheritor novel Chapter 4

After eavesdropping on their conversation, Leonard despised Wilder immediately.

He suddenly said to Kenia, "Kenia, I have something to tell you."

With that, Leonard pulled Kenia aside.

"Wilder is up to no good. He will only hurt you. You shouldn't get along with him anymore."

"What did you say?"

Kenia's eyes widened, and she looked at Leonard in disbelief.

"Leonard, are you sure you're not insane? Wilder kindly agreed to arrange work for you, but you actually spoke ill of him."

"I overheard their conversation just now. Wilder has a fiancée, and he just wants to sleep with you."

Leonard explained.

However, Kenia laughed angrily when she heard his explanation.

"You were standing far away from them, and this place is so noisy. How could you possibly overhear their conversation? Leonard, I'm so disappointed with you."

Meanwhile, Wilder and others also heard their quarrel.

They immediately became displeased.

"You're Leonard Santos, right? I'll help you for Kenia's sake, but you'd better never say that again. Otherwise, I'll definitely teach you a lesson."

Wilder looked at Leonard coldly, thinking that he was nothing but a prisoner. If he hadn't taken a fancy to Kenia, he would even feel disgusted when looking at such an inferior man.

"I also warn you, stay away from Kenia, or you'll be sorry."

Leonard replied bluntly.

"You..."

Wilder's face darkened.

At this time, Judy, who was standing beside them, came over to smooth things over.

"Wilder, Leonard has just been released from prison. He's quite ignorant, so don't be angry with him."

As she spoke, she glared at Leonard.

"Leonard, apologize to Wilder now. How dare you threaten him? Wilder was the third runner-up of the Newden Martial Arts Tournament, and he can easily knock you out!"

"Huh."

Leonard pursed his lips in disdain.

He was afraid of scaring Kenia. Otherwise, Leonard would make Wilder disappear from this world the next second.

Since he could be respected by everyone in that prison, Leonard certainly had a ferocious side that could make all of them terrified.

"I guess you must believe that my achievement means nothing. If so, do you dare to fight me in the ring?"

Wilder clenched his fists.

In fact, he couldn't wait to beat Leonard up.

Leonard couldn't help sneering.

He couldn't believe Wilder actually wanted to attack him. Leonard also wanted to teach Wilder a lesson and let him give up the idea of harassing Kenia.

Therefore, Leonard nodded. "Okay. No problem."

After he said so, everyone around was stunned.

Judy frowned even harder.

"Leonard, are you dumb? I told you that Wilder was the third runner-up of the Newden Martial Arts Tournament. Why do you want to fight him? Are you crazy?"

Kenia also hurriedly said, "Wilder, Leonard is ignorant. Don't be mad at him!"

"You don't need to stop me."

Wilder shook his head.

"Kenia, since Leonard wants to try, I will satisfy him. Don't worry. I won't hurt him badly."

Having said that, Wilder showed a smirk.

'Not badly, indeed. But he has to stay in bed for half a month at most.' Wilder thought.

Leonard didn't want to waste his time talking with Wilder and walked directly to the ring.

Hearing that Wilder was going to fight someone, many people immediately became excited.

"Who's that brat? He actually dares to fight Wilder. I guess he probably doesn't know Wilder's strike is extremely fierce."

"I heard he's that girl's cousin, who just got out of prison."

"Prison? So what? A few days ago, I also beat a guy who had just gotten out of prison. He said he was a gangster and was very good at fighting, but I almost injured him seriously. Ordinary people can never be as good as us professionals. There's a huge difference."
