Right after War and Dark left the Miller residence, the four Elders, the four old commanders who had just been at the peak stage-three King level, and Rendon Scott who had entered peak stage-one King level were all sitting at the table in the conference room of the Military Headquarters of the Dragon Kingdom in Gotham.
