Tammy scratched her head sheepishly. "I..." She desperately wanted to look for an excuse, but couldn't think of one.

Mike immediately came to her rescue. "Tammy probably didn't want to risk having me say anything bad. Tomorrow is Christmas and it will be a brand new year soon, so we are supposed to celebrate."

He gave me five travel plans and asked me to choose one, but before I can even make up my mind, you messaged me and told me that you want to stay home. He immediately gave up on traveling. Hahaha!"
