"I'm sorry, but I placed it on a cabinet in the lounge because of the strong fragrance and I'm allergic to flowers," Andrea said. "There is a card, but I didn't look at it. You can bring it here now because I'm going home by taxi tonight as well."
Ivy wondered who had sent her flowers and glanced at the time, noticing that there were a few minutes before the show started.
The lounge was located right outside, and it would take no more than two minutes for her to go and come back.
"Thank you! I didn't know!" Ivy said.
"Maybe it's just a surprise," Andrea commented and swiftly changed out of the suit jacket she was wearing.
She wore her white shirt underneath it, so she simply went home after putting on her jacket and taking off the wig she wore for the show. "I told my parents that your parents gave you the money so that you could grab a cab home, and they did the same for me." Andrea removed the wig while facing the mirror. "I can't get much sleep in the lounge. It smells funny."
"I see. Go home and rest, then! I will go get the bouquet."
"Go ahead!" Andrea said and spotted Ivy leaving from the reflection in the mirror.
Once Ivy left, Andrea immediately opened her briefcase to take out a few pieces of paper, before swapping them with Ivy's script on the desk.
Everything was done within a minute, and once she completed it, she grabbed her briefcase and walked out backstage calmly.
Just then, Ivy walked out of the lounge with a bouquet of blue roses and the two ran into one another
"I saw the card, but there are only a few words of encouragement with no signature, so I don't know who it's from." Ivy walked to Andrea.
"Maybe it's from one of your fans? Just don't overthink it and accept it as long as the flowers aren't poisonous! The bouquet looks really pretty, and I hope that I will get flowers from my fans one day as well," Andrea said and took out her phone to check the time. "You should hurry back to the studio! Your show is about to start."
