His Eagle Eyes on Me novel Chapter 3157

Ivy and Caspian arrived at the city's largest shopping mall.

Caspian followed Ivy and said, "Princess, my main function today is to carry your bags. I can't afford the things here, so forgive me if I don't offer to split the bill when it's time to pay."

Ivy laughed heartily. "You and Lucas don't usually come here to shop, do you?"

Caspian shook his head. "We mostly buy things from the supermarket. Those slightly larger department stores sell clothes, too. The clothes inside aren't expensive, but, of course, they're not branded."

"I don't care much about brands either, but I want something better since it's a gift for Lucas' mother," Ivy explained.

"You're really kind. It's a pity his mother can't enjoy it for long. Even if Lucas doesn't rely on you, he'll surely provide for his mother in the future. What a shame!" Caspian sighed.

"Yes. That's why we should cherish the people around us," Ivy said.

Just then, she spotted Olivia and Mrs. Woods not far away, shopping together.

Immediately, Ivy pulled Caspian into a nearby handbag store.

"Are you buying a bag for Lucas' mother? She probably doesn't need one," Caspian commented.

"Even if she doesn't need it, receiving a bag should make her happy, right? Women tend to like bags. My mom and sister have many bags, and so do I. Most of my bags were gifts from them," Ivy explained.

"All right. Go ahead then!" Caspian replied.

"Caspian, you can still call me Ivy! Even people who work for my family call me that," Ivy said, picking up a bag and showing it to Caspian.

Unexpectedly, Olivia and Mrs. Woods walked into the store.

Caspian took the bag and glanced at the price tag. "Oh, my goodness! This plain-looking bag costs twelve thousand! Is this some kind of scam?"
