"I thought you would resist me," Mike said with a relieved smile.

"I'm not that stupid. Why would I force my way in when I know trouble is waiting for me there? Besides, I don't have to break in! The best hostage is in my hands right now," she said, looking at him intensely.

Mike, who was panting, raised his head to look at her when he heard this. He burst into laughter when he noticed that she was staring at him like he was prey.

"You're going to take me as a hostage?" He read her mind at a glance. Shaking his head, he continued, "First, you need to know that a hostage is only a hostage if you know you can get what you want with them. Otherwise, you're holding me captive for nothing."
