Dominic frowned and did not rush to conclude. Instead, he released Galen's hand and said, "Come take a look, too."
Austin was bewildered. Still, he hesitantly but gently touched Galen’s wrist. The little one’s pulse was regular and stable, meaning he was completely healthy. It was also normal for his pulse to be a little faster.
Austin did not notice any difference and looked at his granduncle perplexedly and curiously. However, Dominic only smiled at him as if waiting for him to determine the answer himself.
Austin withdrew his gaze and continued to feel Galen’s pulse. After a while, he still could not sense anything unusual. He thought for a moment, then withdrew his hand. “Uncle Dom, Galen is very healthy.”
“Yes, he is.” Dominic nodded with a faint smile. He felt satisfied with the outcome. Regardless of the circumstances, it was no easy feat for Galen to remain healthy, which was excellent news for Dominic.
“B-But…” Austin hesitated. Not only did he want to assess Galen’s health, but he also wanted to investigate the red spots on his body.
‘What could those spots be?’
“We can’t discern differences based on Galen’s pulse, right?” Dominic voiced Austin’s doubts.
Austin nodded. He thought he could detect a difference in Galen’s pulse and find a solution.
"What are you talking about, Grandpa?" Galen blinked, not quite understanding.
