"Since you're here, let's go out and relax." Shaking Eloise’s arm gently, Arianna said, "Besides, we're almost there."

Since she said that, Eloise did not refuse anymore. Soon, the car drove to a detached bungalow. She looked at it strangely. "Didn't you say we're going out to relax? Where is this?"

"This is my house." Arianna smiled. She opened the door to get out of the car. Then she turned to help Eloise out.

Eloise suspiciously stuck her head out and looked around. She got out of the car. "Your house? When did you buy it, and why didn't I know? Does your father know?"

"Mom, I don't have to tell everything to dad. Did he tell you he cheated on you with another woman and had a child with her?"

This rhetorical question instantly made Eloise lose her cool, but she expressed unhappiness with her expression.

"Alright, I said the wrong thing. Please don't be mad. Trust me. You'll be happy here." She smiled mysteriously and then took Eloise into the house.

"What are you trying to do?"

Eloise looked at her seriously when they stopped at the door. Arianna said the house belonged to her, but how come Eloise did not know when she bought it? Is there any other place besides here? What else did she not know?

"Home?" Eloise frowned, but she widened her eyes the next second.
