Douglas knew Leonardo asked it because he wanted Summer to go on holiday and relax. Although Leonardo didn't tell him about Summer's condition, Douglas could tell by himself.
Summer got worse day by day.
Due to the accident, she was in bad condition both physically and mentally. In other words, Summer was depressed. Leonardo probably had discovered it. So, he called Douglas back.
Douglas turned to look at Leonardo and found that he was staring at Summer.
Summer did not answer Leonardo. Instead, she turned to look at Douglas and asked, "Douglas, where do you want to go?"
Douglas scratched his head and sighed. As he expected, Summer left the problem to him again.
"It doesn't matter," Douglas said. He indeed had no idea.
Hearing his words, Summer said, "Let's have a discussion later."
Surprisingly, Leonardo was very concerned about going on vacation. He asked Tim to collect some travel materials for Douglas and Summer to choose a destination that night.
Tim sent the materials to the Emerson's himself. As Leonardo often worked from home recently, Tim had to go to the Emerson's frequently and became much busier. Now, he even had to collect travel materials.
Tim worked very hard. When seeing Tim, Summer asked, "Have you eaten yet?"
"I'll eat later," Tim said. Although he had been cautious, he was relaxed when talking to Summer. After all, he had worked with Summer for a while after she managed the Emerson
Group for Leonardo.
Summer continued, "Let's have dinner together."
"My wife and children are waiting for me at home," Tim said with a trace of eagerness flashed across his eyes, which was rare.
