As the footsteps approached, the door lock was unlocked, but it was not opened.
Samuel was not in a hurry. He knew Yvonne needed to be mentally prepared. After all, she had become different from before.
"Don't worry, I will definitely cure you," Samuel said.
The door opened bit by bit. Yvonne lowered her head. When Samuel saw the silver hair, he could not help but feel sorry for her.
After entering the room, the first thing Samuel did was to hug Yvonne in his arms. As he said, no matter what Yvonne had become, his love for Yvonne would not change at all. Even if she was really old, Samuel would always stay by her side to protect her.
Yvonne felt the familiar body and couldn't help holding Samuel's waist.
"I'm so scared. I'm afraid that if things go on like this, I'll lose you. I'm afraid that Nian'er will lose her mother." Yvonne cried bitterly. In front of Samuel, she couldn't stand it anymore.
Samuel gently rubbed Yvonne's back and said, "Don't worry; I won't let Nian'er lose her mother. Whatever it takes, I will save you."
He took Yvonne's wrinkled hand, which was no longer as warm and gentle as before, but Samuel was not suspicious at all.
After closing the door, Samuel and Yvonne sat on the edge of the bed.
Yvonne kept her head down, not daring to let Samuel see what she looked like now.
Samuel reached out his hand, held Yvonne's chin, and slowly raised it.
Yvonne struggled for a moment and then gave up. She slowly raised her head.
"I’m really happy," Samuel said with a smile.
Yvonne looked at Samuel in confusion and asked, "What happiness?"
"My wife will be so old in the future. She is still so beautiful. How can I not be happy?" Samuel said.
Yvonne broke into a smile through tears. Although she knew Samuel was trying to make her happy, she still couldn’t help but feel happy in her heart.
Yvonne glared at Samuel and said, "What did you do? How did you learn how to be glib-tongued?" "What do you mean by glib? My words come from the bottom of my heart," Samuel said with a serious look.
"Really? Even if I become like this, will you still love me?" Yvonne said in disbelief.
Samuel’s right hand supported Yvonne's head, and his head slowly moved forward. He gently kissed Yvonne’s lips, and then said, "It can’t be false. I only recognize you as my wife in my life."
Yvonne curled her lips and thought, "This is probably the best day I’ve had in recent days."
"Qi Yiyun still can’t forget you. Are you really willing to part with such a beautiful woman?" Yvonne said.
Samuel wrinkled his nose awkwardly. He had not forgotten Qi Yiyun, and he had
been soft-hearted to Qi Yiyun several times. However, it was impossible for him to develop a relationship with Qi Yiyun. After all, being soft-hearted was one thing, and true love was another.
"No woman is qualified to compete with you," Samuel said seriously.
Yvonne snuggled up in Samuel's arms like a little bird. This was her most secure chest and the place she was most infatuated with.
"But are you willing to hurt such a beautiful woman? You've seen Qi Yiyun take off her glasses, haven't you?" Yvonne said.
Qi Yiyun's amazement after she took off her glasses was something Samuel had never felt on other people. There was too much of a difference between wearing glasses and taking off the glasses. They were two completely different people. But
