Ivor was surprised but did not admit it. Instead, he feigned ignorance and said, “How did we breach our agreement? Who would do that?”

“Hmph!” Bonnie sneered and hung up the phone before blocking his number. After all, Ivor could not honor his word or their agreement. Since that was the case, she no longer wanted to talk to him.

Floyd explained timidly, “I think he blocked your number, Mr. Ivor.”

‘My organization is pretty capable, so it’s not like the Nidhoggs are a challenge for us. Still, I breached our agreement. Also, I desperately need one of their chip’s functions to complete one of our projects. What will I do now that their leader is angry with me?’

“Take me with you, boss,” she said while blinking at Ivor, “I promise to stand aside and behave while you talk. I won’t get you into any trouble.”

Considering how carefree and forthright Yasmine was, Ivor thought she was a wild card and rejected her, “That’s not happening. Rest and tend to your wound instead. You’re not coming with us.”
