Chapter 258
“You’re shameless for coming here after we disowned you. Why’d you come back?”
“As far as we’re concerned, you’re no longer our daughter. You can die for all we care. Stop coming here and disgracing us with your presence!”
Bonnie had long become numb to their harsh insults. At that moment, she was.unfazed. Suddenly, her phone vibrated.
Buzz, buzz, buzz.
She answered Jamari’s call, and he asked, “Did you go to the wrong address, miss? The Shepards said they didn’t see you.”
Bonnie looked at the family blankly and said, “I’m already here, but they’re in my way and not letting me in. Instead, they’re chasing me out as we speak.”
“What?! What’s wrong with these people? Give me a minute, miss. I’ll call them right now,” Jamari said, annoyed.
Ysabel rolled her eyes and said, “Grandma, she just can’t stop pretending. How did she become so shameless?”
Gresham noticed his mother’s grim expression and motioned to push Bonnie out of the property. However, he received a call from Jamari.
“Hmph!” Gresham glared at Bonnie and then answered his phone. Immediately after, his fury vanished. He smiled and asked Jamari on the phone. “So, what did the miracle doctor say?”
“Damn you, Gresham!” Jamari roared, “The miracle doctor is at your doorstep, yet you lied and said you don’t see her. You even tried to chase her away if that wasn’t bad enough. How dare you!
“You and your family begged everyone at the auction to let you win the bed. Everyone tried to help you and your family, even though you’re nothing in the high society circle. What do you think will happen if they find out you squandered their compassion?!”
Gresham was terrified and was even on the verge of tears. “I–I didn’t lie, Jamari! I don’t see the miracle doctor at my doorstep-”
He suddenly stopped speaking and whipped around to look at Bonnie, who had already reached the front gate and was walking
vide.

‘Are you kidding me?! How’s that possible? Bonnie’s only in her twenties. How can she be the miracle doctor who treated the mother of the SR League’s owner? Does that mean she’s also treating the grandmother of the Knight Group’s director?‘
Meanwhile, Jamari was outraged. “You’re still lying to me?! I just called the miracle doctor, and she said she was at your doorstep!”
