I Love You, Miss Genius ( Bonnie Shepard ) novel Chapter 262

Chapter 262

Yolanda sneered. She tried to schemingly get back the money she had spent on her former granddaughter, but it failed.

Soon after, Bonnie pulled out her silver needles and treated Harold. She looked nothing like a twenty–year–old girl at that moment. Instead, she looked like a mature and seasoned doctor.

The longer Yolanda and the others watched, the more peculiar their expressions became. Half an hour later, Bonnie kept her needles, and Harold miraculously regained consciousness.

The first person he saw was Bonnie. He asked, “What’s she doing here? Gresham, you and your wife promised never to take this good–for–nothing back. How dare you break your promise?!

I’ll disown you as my son if you don’t get her out of my house, Gresham! You’ll never be one of us again!” Harold roared.

Immediately after, he noticed everyone’s strange expressions. “What’s the matter with you guys? Cat got your tongue? Did you even hear what I said?!”

Yolanda feared things would get out of control and whispered to him everything she had just learned about Bonnie.

Harold’s eyes widened as he listened to his wife. He then looked at Bonnie in disbelief. After taking some time to process the information, he said, “Fine. Now that you’re finally making a name for yourself, I can consider letting you rejoin the family.

“My only condition is that you give us the money you earned from your patients. Also, you must return the mone spent on bidding for your services.”

Bonnie merely stared at him blankly.

Harold was displeased, asking, “Why are you looking at me like that?”

“You bitch!” Harold roared, “How dare you talk to me that way! I’m your grandfather!”

Harold argued, “I know you’re upset that we disowned you. However, we did nothing wrong because you kept humiliating us. I’m merciful for letting you rejoin the family. After all, your medical knowledge is impressive.”

Bonnie sneered, saying, “Shameless doesn’t even begin to describe how bold you all are.
